Construction projects may range From Architectural Design
(CAD) to minor Rehabilitation / Restoration / Renovation of
office/housing facilities shops etc. to multi million contracts
on turnkey basis. Up to USD 2 million Contracts will directly
be undertaken by POLYART Construction, higher amounts thru
our associate contracting companies to be nominated.

Resources
We have "Lease - option" agreements for any specialized
equipment that may be required for specific projects.
We may also provide “Partnering” to clients to tap financing
means (and even grants from TDA etc.) & project financing
(Thru US /Exim & European ECA’s) Financing (Tailor made
solutions to “specific” clients needs thru SBC – Swiss Banking
Corp.) may also be arranged.
We aim to organize & develop close tourism ties with
specially the regional countries. We are focusing to Antalya
/ Alanya region in Turkey for summer and Brasov / Romania
region for winter tourism. Developing our own brand of boutique
Hotel chain is another ambitious target.
We put special emphasis on Architectural & Restoration
